Our menu is a perfect balance between the traditional and innovative cuisine of the region. Classical dishes include Spaghetti with Clams, homemade Scialatielli with shrimps and rocket, Gnocchi Sorrento style, Ravioli Capri style and of course Cannelloni, the greatest antagonist of Lasagna and southern Italian creation. Of course not forgetting our world class Pizzas and Calzoni, rigorously cooked in a wood oven; and our “Parma Ham Pizza Dumplings” our own personal invention.
